Objectives:

On the completion the trainee will be expected to have attained a level of operationional skill that complies with the standard laid down by the RTITB

Course Contents:

  • Health & Safety at Work Act 1974
  • P.U.W.E.R. (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regs. 98)
  • Operators safety code
  • Principals of lifting
  • Daily maintenance checks
  • Causes of accidents
  • Theory test
  • To achieve RTITB operators test / or in-house qualification

Depending on experience

Trainee / instructor maximum 3:1-1

Registered/qualified R.T.I.TB.
